Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly help solve the problem through return, refund or resend.
1. If you change your mind after purchase, please contact us immediately. We can cancel your order as your request. However, if the order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage). To return the merchandise at this stage, you can refuse to accept it.
2. If you receive the wrong product due to our mistake, please kindly contact us for exchange or refund.
3. If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.
4. The original shipping, handling charges and return postage will not be refunded.
5. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please be aware that we only accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective product. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.
